Lou has spent more than 20 years working in marketing across hands-on delivery roles, leadership positions and fast-paced business environments
Her experience includes managing international teams, supporting leadership teams and working closely with businesses navigating growth, change and day-to-day commercial pressures.
Known for her approachable and down-to-earth style, Lou enjoys building close working relationships with businesses, acting as a trusted marketing partner who helps simplify ideas, organise priorities and keep marketing activity moving forward.
Alongside client work, Lou is actively involved in the local business community and was recently featured on the Amazingstoke podcast, spotlighting people and businesses across Basingstoke and the surrounding area.
Her work has also been recognised within the industry, including being awarded Best Strategic Marketing Solutions Provider 2025 – South East England.

Tom began his journey with websites by building tech startups, immersing himself in the dynamic and innovative world of new business ventures. This hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in creating successful online platforms. After establishing a solid foundation, Tom shifted his focus to helping others turn their ideas into reality, leveraging his expertise to guide and support budding entrepreneurs.

Meet Dylan, a passionate and driven Junior SEO Executive who joined activ in 2024. Alongside his role at activ, Dylan is studying for a BSc (Hons) in Marketing at the University of South Wales through the Network75 scheme. This unique combination of work and study allows him to apply cutting-edge marketing theories to practical business scenarios, making him an invaluable member of the activ team.
